About Event
MATLAB is an excellent pedagogical tool that bridges the gap between circuit analysis and circuit simulation. In addition to the numerical capabilities of MATLAB, the variety of graphical features greatly assists in the understanding of a circuit problem. From a circuit functional point of view, MATLAB excels in terms of ease of use and speed of simulation. This workshop covers simulation of various power electronic converters and speed controlling method of AC/DC motors. Participants will also learn the mathematical modelling of various power electronics converter in SIMULINK environment. The crucial details of modelling and the various factors for high level system performance will also be discussed. The course will enable the students, faculty and industrial persons to have a clear view of power electronics concept and its application.
This workshop will serves to be the platform for the academicians/researchers/ industrial persons who were working in the areas of Power Electronics converter and its applications for pursuing their research works in a resourceful manner.
